Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled cost. A $15 late fee will be applied to appointments when clients arrive more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time.
